Plus Sports, Onyekuru seals brand management deal

Super Eagles and AS Monaco forward, Henry Onyekuru has signed a brand management deal with Plug Sports. The brand management has announced that the Nigerian professional footballer, Onyekuru has signed a brand management deal with Plug Sports. Plug Sports, a subsidiary of the Plug Entertainment (founded by Bizzle Osikoya and Asa Asika), is involved in the management of sports talents.  The parent company, Plug Entertainment, operates as a music management, music publishing and licensing, and music distribution company. They work with some of the biggest talents in the world including Davido, Peruzzi, Mayorkun. AFN Crisis sad for athletics - Gusau

.Says board open to dialogue ...as president accuses ministry of taking sides. The embattled president of the Athletic Federation of Nigeria, Ibrahim Gusau, has said the ongoing crisis in the federation is sad for athletics in the country especially with Olympic Games just few months away. Speaking at a press conference organised in Lagos on Sunday, the president said that everything they are doing as a board has been with the best interests of athletes in mind and an innate desire to develop athletics in Nigeria. He added that without athletes, there will be no sports and without sports, there will be no Sports Federation. He however said they are open to discussion while also calling on all Nigerians to ask questions as there are so many unanswered questions. Meanwhile, Gusau has accused the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development of taking sides in the ongoing crisis rocking the federation.
