SWAN Selected to unveil new kits against Delta All-Stars
SWAN Selected side will this weekend unveil the new 2019 kits that comprise of Home and away jerseys with travel wear as well, which is a product of their new partnership with leading Nigerian sportswear firm Owu Sports Kits.
The team home strip will be worn in the first half while the away strip will be worn in the second half. The home kit is an all blue assemble with pattern lacing that gives a good feel with a high level of aesthetics. It depicts the unwavering unity of the national selected side.
The away kit is an all white with a blue line across the chest that signifies the length and breath that members of the squad come from. A design that screams tolerance and accommodating spirit. Travel wear will also be unveils. A yellow and blue combo that is soothing to the eyes and captures the essence of the SWAN Selected group- unity, fun and peace. With a good headgear to cap it off...
Team Coordinator, Mr Alloy "Haka" Chukwuemeka described the plans to unveil the new kits as a commendable gesture.
"This is an unprecedented moment in the history of SWAN Selected, to get a big Sports Kit producer like Owu Sports Wears to kit the team speaks volume of the direction the team is heading towards.
"Hopefully, this will be the beginning of great things for SWAN Selected and SWAN in general," he said.
The new kits will be unveiled on Saturday 23rd of March at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba when the SWAN Selected side takes on Delta All-Stars in a friendly match in a rematch of the one had last year which ended 1-1.
It would be recalled that SWAN Selected Side pummelled their counterpart from Akwa Ibom SWAN 3-1 in another friendly tie last year.
